Once the building permit is received by the builders, we schedule a start date and discuss the process and inform the clients on how to prepare for the project. Once the project begins, we are constantly doing job walks with trades, and inspectors to keep the process rolling.
We check in at the project site on a daily basis to ensure work is of the highest quality. Weekly onsite meetings with the homeowners keep everyone up to date on the project’s progress.
We source materials such as tile, flooring, fixtures and appliances from the highest quality manufacturers in the industry. Our relationships with trades and building officials ensures that every project runs smoothly.
